"We are so happy we found this wonderful property. It was perfect for the big birthday party we hosted last September. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and they helped us with even the smallest requests like getting enough place settings for all our guests for the birthday dinner. The house was immaculate, newly renovated, and extremely spacious. Great layout for a large group! The outdoor decks and the jacuzzis were UNBELIEVABLE. Thank you for a memorable weekend in Catskills! We'll definitely be back this summer."

"We stayed here in March with about 24 people spread out from NY, RI, MA, CT, PA ranging from 29-39 years old. The house is centrally located between Hunter and Windham Mountains. The property offered plenty of parking and large common areas for people to hang out and converse. This place has a lot of potential but needs a little more upkeep from the owner. So if you’re looking for a place that is immaculate and clean than you may want to keep looking. Several of us spotted mice at different times during our stay and found droppings throughout the kitchen (wash everything before you use). Upstairs in the common area dead flies were collecting in the window sills and the covers of heating registers were not properly fastened and most laying half on the floor. The property offers some entertainment, though bring your own pool cues (most were busted), and don’t plan on playing darts (dart board was not functional). Despite the flaws, we made due. Everyone was able to enjoy themselves using the hot tub and fooseball table. I’m not sure we would stay here again but I could definitely see this place working for a large group on a limited budget."

"My wedding party and myself recently stayed in this home and had a wonderful time. There were about 20 of us and there was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The home is in great condition and is very clean. We greatly enjoyed using the hot tub outside and has a great fireplace inside. The owner was very prompt in responding to questions and was a pleasure to work with."

"Stayed at this property during a family reunion, lots of space for a big group. House has two floors, with seating areas on both floors and decks. Large lawn area in front and back, great for lawn games. House was clean and management was easy to reach and helpful."
